About Us

Transform Aotearoa loves people!

We are dedicated to building healthy whānau and providing practical tools and support to help those in our provincial communities achieve this.  We believe that in changing the home-base, the benefits are far-reaching throughout the community.  In seeking to foster healthy and whole communities across all generations, we will help communities to flourish.

We operate a community centre in Putaruru, South Waikato, where the majority of our programming is based.  All of our community programmes are provided free of charge and we work with local social services and government agencies to ensure that those most at risk or in need of support in our community are accessing the help, personal development and growth opportunities on offer.  We are committed to walking alongside each individual in their personal journey of growth, and use group programmes to enhance connection, learning from one another and support.  Our programmes run every term and are very relational, whilst offering practical tools and input delivered by our staff along with local committed volunteers.
