This week one of our ladies came in the door very quietly and I found her in the kitchen crying into her cup of tea.  She said she was having a down day and her body was in pain due to a fall the night before.  Her shoulder back and leg were giving her grief again.  I offered to pray for her, and she allowed me to.  Afterwards she said she did not know where else to go.  She smiled when I told her ‘Transform is a safe place and she was always welcome here’. This lady was a bit beside herself as her agility is not the greatest at the best of times and this tumble has aggravated things.  She was so shaken she even turned up to class 2 hours early.  We loved on her while the tissue box got a workout.
